All Merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color, and size. All equipment excluding clothing is warranteed from one year of date of purchase.

TAG accessories are designed to fit TAG equipment for the best protection and performance. The use of third party accessories compromises the quality and protection of TAG equipment. Use of third party accessories on TAG equipment will void the TAG warrantee.

TAG guarantees 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Products may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you, when returned in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by TAG and require a return authorization. Call customer service at 1-615-410-4390 or 1-888-796-0734 for a return authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition (items are to be in new and unused condition), including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items returned after 30 days will also be subject to a restocking fee of twenty-five percent. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. TAG is not responsible for misuse, customer installation, or improper storage.

Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, and the above requirements have been met, please follow our return process:
1. 1. Download the Return Authorization here.
2. Obtain a RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Email TAG’s customer service at Attach the return authorization form to the email.
3. A representative will assign your RMA number and email it back to you.
4. Once you have your RMA number, you are ready to ship your order back for a refund. Send your item back to the address given to you by our customer service representative, which will also be listed on the return Authorization form. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package next to the ship to address. Send the return back using a traceable form of shipment such as Fed Ex, UPS, Certified or Priority mail. Make sure to place a copy of the Return Authorization Form in with your shipment.
